Setting up the CNC DNC communications parameters

When you select 'Setup' from the menu (Shown on the previous page) the setup window appears where you can give the CNC icon a more relevant name and select the communications parameters.

The good news is that you can ignore many of the options in setup because RemoDNC does many things automatically at run time.

The good news is that you can ignore many of the options in setup because RemoDNC does many things automatically at run time - it also has auto-setup capability which is explained in the main user guide -

But for the sake of this quick tour we'll just assume you've set it up correctly and you're ready to begin working with your CNC.
