Topic: Unable to remote request a program

The request from the CNC can be seen in the RemoDNC window, but the file is never sent. I'm pretty sure this is just an option, but we've tried everything we can think of with no change. Files can be sent manually. Please steer me in the right direction. | |

You said the file is seen on the RemoDNC window. Screenshot of that too please.

In looking at the log file generated after trying the request, I found that there were extra characters being sent that weren't part of the runner file name. This didn't cause a problem with the old software, but it did here. After I edited the runner program on the machine, the log file consisted of the runner program name minus the prefix. We were then able to request and receive files.
