Hi, is it possible to connect a Fanuc 0im over tcp/ip directly.

remo connects to serial ports. Those serial ports can be directly attached to the computer or they can be remote ethernet ComPort device/servers which, in turn, are connected the CNC's serial port.
If your fanuc has an ethernet port then you can probably connect that to an ethernet LAN allowing you to browse the network using the cnc console. Not for DNC.

RemoDNC can connect to IP ports such as wired or even wireless / wifi ethernet serial port devices.
In RemoDNC setup is the drop-down list of com ports. At the very top of that list is the option for IP. When you select that a box appears where you enter the ip address etc.

Thanks, allready configured it..But have a problem with Dripfeeding. Another topic overhere (AWK1127)
