Looking to see if RemoDNC can substitute Star PU Jr. (Program Utility) Jr. for transferring programs. Currently the CNC PU Jr. files are .MPF extension and there is a separate file for each channel.

Remo shouldn't have any problem transferring Siemens .MPF or .SPF files.
But not sure what is meant by "multi-channel". If you mean that you need to connect more than one computer serial port to more than one CNC port and drip feed multiple programs at the same time then Remo can do that but I'd suggest cutting air for a while just to make sure it does what you want.
It's a fully functional free trial so give it a whirl.
