I have Easydncxp setup on an old windows 2000 machine connected to a Haas Mill and Haas Lathe using rs232 cables. It has worked great.
Now I have installed a newer pc using windows 10. I have installed a com port card to give me the rs232 ports I needed. I have installed RemoDNC and have tried to set up the machines with the same settings but to no avail. I don’t see anything on your support page for Haas.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Haas don't need any special setup.
You said you have a Com Port Card. What kind of card is that? How many ports does it have? Are you sure you're using the correct port number. In the easydnc setup there's the dropdown list of com ports. Just below that is a "Detect Ports" button. What ports does that detect in your system?
