When sending or receiving data from the cnc machines, the data is not coming through as sent. Its almost changed to random giberish when coming through or being received. This is a windows 10 OS. If possible is there a number I can call as well as we will be needing to purchase a license for this product.

If the gibberish is quite consistent - by that I mean that certain characters are nearly always scrambled while other characters are nearly always correct - then the error is PARITY. What parity is easydnc set to? If it's set to 8bit No Parity try changing to to 7bit even Parity (or the other way)
As for purchasing the software. I'd rather we got it working first. But when you do purchase then we can only do that via the buy button on the website.
