I am trying out the RemoDNC 5.0 at our shop and am stuck on on of the machines. IT is an Okuma Captain L370 with a OSP E100L controller. I can transfer programs from this machine to the computer, but so far am unable to go the other way to the machine tool. any suggestions a to why?

What happens when you you try? Does the cnc throw an alarm or simply ignore the data as if nothing was received?

You said you can send files from the okuma to the computer.
Can you send a file from the okuma to the computer and save the file to disk then zip and email the file to me
