Will Moxa C320T PCI express 422 multiport work with easydnc?

Should work just fine as long as you get the RS232 option.
Many moxa products can be configured as rs232 or rs422 (dip switches on the box) but some need you to say what you want when ordering.
The reason I mentioned that is because your question mentioned "422". I assume that is RS422. Look at your cnc. I'm guess its rs232 so just make sure you order the right one.

Yes its an RS232 communication with 422 link. Planning to install on 2 seperate PC's connected to few dozen machines. Do I need to purchase 2 licenses? The PC is out in shop floor and tends to crash more often. How to I get the key to authenticate the copy installed after the crash? How is the license authentication done?

Yes you'd need to buy two licenses.
The PC out on the shop floor that crashes - are you saying it crashes every few days, (weeks, months?) and you have to re-install windows and re-install programs ? if that's true then you need to be throwing the computer in the trash and getting a different one. But if, like the rest of us, your PC breaks every couple of years then you'll find the guys at easydnc will get your license reactivated without any cost.
