Has anyone managed to get this to work on the mazak 640m pro controller. If so, what were the parameter settings and the db25 to db9 cable pinouts.

That machine can handle programs referred to as "Mazatrol" programs or as "EIA/ISO".
If the machine is capable of transfering EIA/ISO programs via RS232 then it should work. Mazak's own special Mazatrol file transfer protocol is not supported.
But that machine can hold compact flash cards so can't you just ut the program onto a compact flash card and load it from there?
