RemoDNC version 5 has XModem as a flow control option but I don't see that in easyDnc 4.7 ?
xmodem in demo version of Remodnc 5 worked fine with my Haas but can xmodem be added to 4.7 so that I don't have to upgrade ?

Seriously. The upgrade isn't expensive. Around $50 I think.
XModem really is the most reliable way to communicate with a Haas. Reducing the chance of machine errors, tool breaks etc. It'l pay for itself so don't be so tight!
