Transfer to PC is good but cannot send file to Control. LSK flashes indefinitely, no alarms. Parameters all set but we are unsure on the "Punch Code" parameter, we can't find that one. We have two machines with the same control and both act the same.

Punch Code shouldn't be necessary. It only affects data FROM the CNC. The word 'Punch' is from the old days when the CNC would send data to a paper tape 'Puncher'. The punched tape could be either EIA or ISO style.
But reading data into the CNC could detect either so that setting isn't your problem.
In the DNC software when you click the CNC icon a menu pops up with the Send/receive options. Select the option to Select file and Send to CNC.
Select the file that you want to send to the CNC, it appears in the window.
Go to the CNC and get it ready to Read.
Go back to the computer and click the [Send] button.
What happens? The DNC software displays a progress bar when sending. Does that progress bar move left to right? or does it get stuck at 0% or what?

The status bar goes to 100% but LSK continues to blink on the control.

Did you make the cable yourself? Make sure pins 2 and 3 are correctly wired.
