Hello All, I have a fanuc 21i controller that my colleague uses Spectrum DNC to control. I do not like Spectrum and was hoping to use easyDNC however I cannot get it to receive a program though I have all the settings between the two softwares the same. I cannot edit the parameters on the machine as that would make my coworker unable to use it.
Any help or advice would be appreciated, thanks

Not sure how to delete a post but I just wanted to say I resolved the problem by manually changing the port from port 1 to port 3 in the device manager and now I can easily send programs back and forth!

No problem Daniel. I won't delete this thread. Somebody else is sure to have the same problem one day.
