cnc program received from control Milltronics Cent 5 in one continuous string. all the date is there. using 9800 7 bit 2 stop even parity with crlflf . should i change crlflf to lf only.

The problem is the 'End of Block' setting in the DNC setup. Maybe you have "CR" set but it needs "LF" (or the other way round) or maybe needs "CRLF".

Or look in the CNC to see if there's a Block end setting. Usually options are LF, CR, CRLFLF etc.
